What’s better than yoga, relaxation and some beach time! You can indulge in some of the optional healing therapies such as massages, a Colombian Shaman, facial, and energy workers.

 

The exclusions are also optional like snorkeling, cenotes (a natural pool of water creating an exotic swimming pool and if you are really adventurous zipline into them), cacao ceremony and Temazcal (sweat lodge ceremony).

- accommodations for 6 days/5 nights at Casa Om Retreat Center (the beach is across the street and there is pool at Casa Om)
- 2-3 (optional) daily yoga practices/workshops
- daily plant-based brunch
