200 Hour Teacher
Training Program
Learn it. Live it. Give it.
"I am not the body. I am not the mind. I am something divine."
In this training you will learn all about yoga and its philosophy in a safe and compassionate environment. The knowledge you will receive will not only give you the tools that you need to teach yoga and strengthen your practice, but it will expand your awareness and outlook on daily life. It is through a willingness to look at ourselves that we can grow and evolve to living with more peace and happiness.
Even if you do not plan to teach yoga, this program could still be for you. This life changing endeavor will open the door and lead you on a rewarding and powerful journey towards sharing the teachings of yoga on and off the yoga mat. This program will help you discover a deep sense of purpose, create boundaries for conscious living, and learn what it truly means to live an authentic life of a yogi.
Yoga is not just a physical practice it is a lifestyle. Once you awaken to the benefits of this practice and take the step towards igniting the light that’s within, all those around you will benefit from that brightness and the healing gift yoga can give.
